Father’s Day

Ernie’s offers a great, affordable alternative to the typical Father’s Day brunch.  In celebration of Dads, Ernie’s will feature a special lunch/dinner for 4 for $40 which includes your choice of a large two-topping pizza or spaghetti and meatballs, a house salad for 4 and bread.  Make reservations today!

Belgium Beer Night

Duvel is coming to Ernie’s and for the next three months, we are devoting every Thursday night to this killer Belgium beer. When you order one, you will receive a punch card. Once you have ordered four over the course of the month, you will receive a unique, commemorative glass made by a Belgium artist. We will feature a different glass each month (April, May & June). The glasses are super-cool and Duvel is one of the best Belgium beers. Cheers to that!

Whiskey & Wings

In our continued quest to convert non-whiskey drinkers into whiskey lovers, we are devoting every Wednesday to the delicious distilled spirit and labeling the evening “Whiskey & Wings Night.” Come in and try our house-infused whiskey specialty cocktails for $4 each paired with our famous house-made wings featuring sauces infused with Stranahan’s. Ernie’s will offer its traditional wings as well as Teriyaki Sriracha and Honey & Jalapeno.

Weekends at Ernie’s

Ernie’s Bar & Pizza is now open for lunch every Friday at 11 a.m. And since we are open for lunch on Fridays, we figured, why not extend Happy Hour with it? So on Fridays, Happy Hour runs from 11 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Also new… Ernie’s now offers a collection of fabulous brunch items in addition to its regular lunch menu offered on Saturdays and Sundays. Brunch dishes are available from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Pub Quiz Comes to Ernie’s

Who doesn’t love some friendly competition coupled with a little social drinking? Beginning on February 20, Ernie’s will feature Pub Quiz every Monday night from 8 to 10 p.m. You may be asking…. what’s a Pub Quiz? Put simply, it’s a quiz game played in a pub (based on a popular Anglo-Irish tradition.) Brought to you by Geeks Who Drink, Pub Quiz burns through nearly 70 multimedia questions in two exciting hours covering everything from celebrities in trouble to word play to bad television. The Quiz consists of eight rounds of eight questions each played by teams of up to six people. If you want to play, but don’t have a team, come anyway! Do you work in the service industry? If so, Monday nights at Ernie’s are for you! Come in anytime between 3:30 pm and close and enjoy 15% off your entire bill. Ernie’s Bar & Pizza pays homage to the original restaurant opened by Ernie Capillupo in 1948 in the Sunnyside Neighborhood – and an entire generation of Italian Americans who taught us a little something about food, drink, friends and family.  We hand-make our own sauce and fresh mozzarella every day.  While the menu is contemporary, the kitchen is one of the only left in Denver to still make fresh pizza dough every morning and hand-stretch that same dough to order for guests every night.  Ernie’s bar carries thirty beers on tap with a focus on craft brew and features a thoughtful whiskey collection that includes two house infusions.  Ernie’s Bar & Pizza also takes into consideration our vegetarian and gluten-free guests.
