Monday

Meatless Monday!  We make it easy to devote a day to eating healthier.  Anyone ordering a meatless pizza, pasta or calzone, or a gluten-free pizza will received a house or Caesar salad for $3 off.

Tuesday

Friends & Family Night – Enjoy a  dinner for four for just $30.  Choose between pizza or spaghetti and meatballs. Both selections are served with house salad and a pitcher of soda.

Wednesday

Chicken Parmigiana with Spaghetti – fresh local hand-breaded, oneless skinless cutlet served smothered in red sauce and mozzarella over a plate of spaghetti.  $14

Thursday

Old-fashionaed thin spaghetti with clams- fresh little necks, steamed in olive oil, garlic, white wine and parsley.  $16

Friday & Saturday

New Haven Clam Pizza – White pizza with fresh chopped clams, garlic and oregano.  Small/$14  Large/$24

Denver Restaurant Week

Ernie’s is excited to participate in Denver Restaurant Week for the first time ever! Denver Restaurant Week is a two-week celebration of the culinary scene in Denver. Participating restaurants will offer a multi-course dinner for the fixed price of $52.80 for two (does not include tax and gratuity). And Ernie’s always takes in to consideration our vegetarian and gluten-free guests. Below is the menu that Ernie’s will offer during Denver Restaurant Week:

First Course
Appetizer (one per person):
- Individual Anti-Pasto Platter, an array of meats, cheeses, olives, nuts and other surprises, served with bread (can be made vegetarian and gluten-free)

Second Course
Salad (one per person):
- Roast Beet and Chevre Salad, baby spinach, local goat cheese and our house-made vinaigrette
- Arugula Salad, peppery baby wild arugula tossed with lemon, sea salt, olive oil, raisins, toasted pine nuts and shaved parmesan

Third Course
Shared Entree (choice of):
- A large two-topping pizza (added toppings will be an additional charge)
*Gluten-Free Option (available only in 12″ size): two gluten free pizzas equate to one large pizza OR guests can choose one 10″ regular crust pizza and one 12″gluten-free pizza
- Tuscan Roasted Chicken Dinner. Served over panzanella arugula salad with pine nuts and raisins.

Fourth Course
Dessert (one per person):
- Italian Chocolate Flourless Torte with a strawberry coulis and whipped cream (gluten-free)
- Champagne dressed lemon sorbet topped with a cherry brandy puree (gluten-free)

Bottle of Wine
Choice of:
A bottle of Ernie’s private label house Pinot Grigio or Cabernet
